Mackenzie found yoga while living in New York City. Combining a love of music and movement, Vinyasa flow has become a passion of hers. At first, yoga was another work out routine she incorporated into her routine, but her mat quickly became her space away from the of the city. From there it grew into a lifestyle.

Mackenzie left the city and her corporate job to follow her dream of inspiring others through the teachings of yoga. She received her 200 RYT certification while spending a month in Bali, Indonesia. She worked along side of students and teachers from all over the world. Mackenzie is certified in Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga practices, as well as leading meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Yoga is a constant source of inspiration and guidance in Mackenzie's life and she is excited to share this practice with the PCX community.
